Bison Witches Bar and Deli was founded in Tucson, Arizona in January of 1995. Located at 326 N. 4th Avenue, Bison Witches is a small neighborhood hangout that features gourmet deli sandwiches, bread bowl soups, salads, appetizers, and two full service bars with tableside service. Over the last 28 years Bison Witches Tucson has grown from its humble beginnings to full dinning room and bar, plus an outdoor patio with a full bar for those who still like to smoke while they enjoy a great sandwich, cold beer, or mixed drink from the bar.
